The shaken vanilla bean matcha from here has honestly become my go to it’s my favourite drink they’ve ever made it’s so smooth and the vanilla is perfect What really makes the place though is the people the woman with the bandana and her friend with the long black braids are always so kind every time I come in they always smile and make you feel welcome it’s the kind of place you keep going back to not just for the drink but for the energy too I don’t know if it’s good or bad but they know me on a first name basis i’m there that much 😬😂
Stopped by Blank Street Coffee at the Bullring in Birmingham and really enjoyed it. It’s definitely busy and crowded, which already tells you it’s popular. Tried their house special coffee drink and it was excellent. Also had a latte and it was so good, smooth and well made. You can tell they care about consistency even with the volume they handle. Nice experience overall and I’m glad I got to try one of the UK’s popular coffee chains. Worth stopping by if you’re shopping around the Bullring and want a solid cup of coffee.
Very busy establishment and difficult to find a seat, but great coffee and great service. I ordered a Flat White for myself and a Pistachio Cream Cookie for my daughter. We both really enjoyed these items although we had to sit outside in the cold!
Wow the drinks here are incredible. The queue was long but it was definitely worth the wait. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The service was really quick too. The lemon drizzle cake was delicious . You can sit outside too which is nice. I can see why people love this coffee shop so much. I highly recommend this place if you are in Birmingham City Centre.
My first visit to Blank Street Birmingham Bullring, and I was served by Molly who gave absolutely brilliant customer service. I wasn’t sure what to order, so I explained the kind of coffee I usually enjoy, and she recommended the Honeycomb Latte — it was perfect! My partner went for the Strawberry Shortcake, also suggested by Molly, and both drinks tasted amazing. Even though we were the last customers of the day, Molly was welcoming, friendly, and gave us her full attention. Really appreciated the effort and hospitality. Thank you, Molly — we’ll definitely be back soon!
