I’ve used Blue Yeti many times and keep coming back! All the guys on the team: John, Caleb, Chandler, Jacob and Luke are always friendly, genuinely kind, honest, professional, easy to communicate with and they always do a clean job with great attention to detail. I’ve used them for everything from standard clogs and leaks to kitchen renos, HVAC repairs to whole house water filter and water heater replacement. Because of this they’ve created a loyal customer!
Friendliness goes a long way when hiring an unknown company and Caleb was kind, respectful and helpful when getting several jobs done. He and/or the company located various replacement parts needed. I had 2 other companies out that didn’t seem to know how to help with these jobs and I was left with a bill and uncompleted jobs so it was great to get these 3 projects completed on our tub, sink and at last. I will use Blue Yeti again and recommend them.
The entire team at Blue Yeti is truly amazing! From scheduling my appointment to the communication on the day of the appointment, the Blue Yeti team has been the very best I have ever dealt with in my 30+ years at my home. Caleb called me and was running ahead of schedule, and I know why. He is very efficient and very knowledgeable. He got our hot water heater working by replacing warrantied parts in less than an hour. His communication is outstanding! This was my first time calling Blue Yeti and I honestly believe Blue Yeti is the very best for plumbing and HVAC needs bar none! Thank you Caleb!
Furnace went out. We called Blue Yeti, they came within a half hour and viola - furnace is running again!! Then they scheduled installation of our new system (furnace, heat pump and heat pump water heater) VERY quickly. The crew was great. Happy, friendly, courteous and professional. Our heat was back on the same day and the job was finished in 2. To top it off they filled out and filed the rebate forms for us as well. Couldn’t recommend Blue Yeti higher. Very satisfied as always!
Great experience! The guys from Blue Yeti were professional, friendly, and efficient. They explained everything they were doing, were super respectful, and were understanding when I had a rogue cat hiding in the basement 😂. Would definitely hire them again!
