This was such a wonderfully soothing and refreshing experience! Jen has such a loving vibe and is very knowledgeable in her work, offering detailed information about the muscles in the face and how certain exercises and cryo can help with tightening, lifting and overall facial and neck rejuvenation. I absolutely loved it! Also her studio is super cute 💕
There is some truly positive energy emanating from this studio. My wife and I were so fortunate to be able to book two bodywork sessions with Jen on our trip to Austin last week. Every aspect of our sessions was really wonderful -- from her waiting area that is designed for quiet reflection -- to her intuitive and therapeutic touch that helps set healing into motion! Everything about Bodylicious Cryo Spa is fantastic. What a great technology to be able to contour the body with little or no harm.
