Visited Bowlero Mandarin and the guest service associate Kay was great. She was friendly, patient, and made check-in easy. She answered our questions, helped us get set up quickly, and kept a positive attitude the whole time. Her customer service stood out, so I had to leave a review 🤩

Had a great experience here! The staff was friendly and helpful from start to finish, which really set the tone for the visit. The online lane reservation system made everything incredibly smooth and hassle-free—no waiting around or confusion when we arrived. The lanes were in good condition and well maintained, and while the bowling balls were pretty standard, they did the job just fine. Overall, a solid spot for a fun and easygoing bowling outing. Would definitely come back.
Hands down 5 star! The service we received was ABOVE AND BEYOND! We made a reservation online ahead of time for Sunday bowling for my family of 5. When we arrived they greeted us by my name, had a reservation card on our lane with my name in it, and gave us fresh baked cookies! The check in process was seamless and they helped us get started bowling. We ordered lunch from our server and the food was delicious. Pizza, burgers, chicken tenders and french fries...all really good! We came on a special day when Santa, Mrs. Claus, and the Grinch were all here and it was the most awesome Christmas experience my kids have ever had! They took their time talking to the kids and had us write letters for Santa with the Christmas lists, then gave us goodie bags filled with treats. We were then given free arcade cards to play the games for an hour! This place is top notch, I will probably hold my daughters birthday party here. Thank you Bowlero Mandarin!
EDIT/UPDATE: The manager Amanda reached out with me and that did mean a lot for them to take these issues serious. I updated my star review because of that. She took the complaints serious and said they are doing everything they can to train up new staff members while being understaffed and that is understandable. Thank you very much for actually caring about your bowlers. I bowl in a league here, and tonight was easily one of the worst experiences I’ve had at any bowling alley. The lanes were absolutely atrocious. One lane kept scoring every single throw as a strike, and even after spending nearly an hour trying to get it fixed, nothing was resolved. To make matters worse, the barrier on on of the lanes collapsed as in the picture, forcing us to move to lanes 8 and 10 just to keep playing. As if that wasn’t enough, my ball ended up getting scratched and now needs repairs. The only bright spot in the entire night was Amber, our server — she was amazing and the one genuinely positive part of the whole experience. Without her, this would’ve been a complete disaster from start to finish.
