This is the second time I purchase appliances from Brandsmart. Salesman Named Nazir was excellent. Went out of his way to help me, research online what would fit me best and offered me the best price of any store. He is very kind, respectful and listened to my needs. He wasn’t trying to just make a sale. I urge anyone in the Kendall area to go to the Brandsmart across from Dadeland Mall and ask for the salesman Nazir. Excellent experience

Excellent customer service, pricing, assistance from both Sam Ordaz and his supervisor Malik at the Dadeland store. I went to various places and outlets searching for a reasonably priced new refrigerator until a friend referred me to Sam at Brandsmart. Even on his day off, Sam reached out and ensured that I would be taken care of. Enter Malik who was waiting for me at the store with his constant smile and unwavering patience. 2 days later, in the middle of New Years Holiday, the fridge was delivered! The delivery guys kept me abreast of their timeliness and Malik was a constant with his text messages. I couldn't be more grateful to this entire team!! Thank you!!!
