Very poor experience. I made an online booking for a back wax at 10am on 17/1. I arrived a few minutes before 10am. A staff member took my details and said someone would be with me shortly, the staff member then went off with another customer. I was left waiting until 10.20am before the practioner appeared. After entering the room it was another few minutes before the practioner began. I had paid for 1 hour parking on Smith St and at 11am I had to stop the practioner as if I didn’t leave, I risked receiving a parking ticket. I have been getting my back waxed for the past 15 years and it has never taken longer than 30 mins. The fact that after leaving me waiting for 20 minutes after the booking time, a further 40 minutes later the waxing wasn’t finished. 60 minutes in total for an incomplete job. The Brazilica staff never apologised or took any responsibility for this very poor example of inadequate time management. I paid full price for an incomplete job. As I have been a returning customer to Brazilica for the past 4 years, I can assure you I will not be returning after the absolute shambles and unacceptable unprofessional experience I had this morning. The 1 star rating flatters the experience I had this morning.

Waxing was good however she missed large patches. Threading hrmm she did my whole face without asking, I only wanted the few hairs on my lip and chin , not happy. The fair hairs shes taken may come back darker now as they've never been removed in my lifetime, its a disaster! Dble XX was more like a shere B line and not well trimmed. Luckily athe boss, Georgia has integrity and offered to fix the Therapists poor quality work. Make sure you are specific about what you want and don't settle for anything less. The owner of the business Is very approachable and fair, obviously she can't watch all her workers in both shops. I am waiting to see how my hairs grown k in my whole face now to decide what my next course of action will be My past experiences in this salon were always very good , sadly just one bad egg and ruin the lot

Lulu gave me the best wax I’ve had in 15 years of getting waxes, she was meticulous in finding every hair and so professional - thank you! (I’ve been getting waxed here for 4 years and the other girls have always been fantastic too Leqaa is just extra special)

For anyone who’s unsure about brow and lash tinting - go see Lulu! She guided me through it and did an amazing job with subtle but impactful results! I’d also recommend her for a quick but thorough brazillian!
