I had an exceptional body scrub with Prudence, straight after a 24 hour journey from Europe. It was an incredibly relaxing experience and my skin feels amazingly soft and smooth. The spa was kind enough to accommodate my request to come a bit earlier and have a shower before my massage as I really needed to freshen up post flight! Thank you Prudence and I look forward to coming back.

After researching online to find a place to spoil myself for my birthday, I decided this was the place. It did not disappoint. I went with the seasonal renewal which went for 3 hours. Full body massage followed by a scrub/wrap... I think I dozed a little when left for 10mins in the wrap. Then followed the shower and lotion straight into the facial with head massage...pure bliss. It was definitely the right choice and thank you again for a wonderful experience.

I had an incredible experience at this spa! My massage therapist, Sarah, was absolutely amazing she relieved so much of the tension in my neck and back and I left feeling lighter and completely relaxed. The facial was equally wonderful and left my skin glowing. On top of the excellent treatments, the customer service was outstanding from start to finish.

Five Stars! A truly luxurious spa experience for my birthday! My husband treated me to the Balance Well package (Five Stars! A truly luxurious spa experience for my birthday, including a facial, body treatment, and deep heat massage), and the entire experience was fantastic. Prudence, my therapist, was excellent—she did an outstanding job! The spa is always so clean, beautiful, and calm. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a five-star, luxury relaxation day. Highly recommended - ask for Sarah. This spa replaced the Sheraton Spa in 2024. A 5-star luxury spa is not one without a 5-star therapist. Here, you will find that 5-star therapist with “magic hands” by the name of Sarah. In my 3 decades of indulging in luxury spas, I have come across many excellent therapists. However, only a handful have been bestowed with the title of having “magic hands”. I had the “Heal Well Wellness Journey”: 2.5 hours of bliss because of Sarah’s “magic hands”. The ‘journey’ consisted of 90 mins of Relaxation Healing massage and a 60-minute Organic Facial. Sarah is a talented therapist. The ‘magical’ skills come from the nurturing energy she exudes; she has the lightest touch and yet you can feel that the muscles in her hands have been trained for a deeper massage if one chooses. Her hands exude a warmth that is perfect for massage. Most important of all is her massage rhythm that I don’t think can be trained. During the facial, my bliss level was taken a step further with her warm, firm but yet amazingly gentle touch. When I didn’t think I could attain any more bliss, there was the scalp massage. I felt truly nurtured and pampered by Sarah. There are some people who are meant to ‘heal’ others: Sarah is one of them. This particular journey is not rigorous and is more about letting the slow massage strokes ease away all of your hidden stress, tiredness or tensions. The spa has access to The Sheraton’s pool and steam room as well as jacuzzi. Note to Marriott Bonvoy members: the spa is now separate from the hotel so points cannot be collected. Thank you, Sarah!
