I really enjoy my sessions, especially as I work through some lower back issues. Lina has been an excellent instructor, every session is different and rewarding. I really appreciate her attention to detail, I look forward to our sessions as I continue to improve my flexibility and core strength.
First time doing Pilates with an instructor and in a studio with a reformer, and it was a great experience! Amazing instructor in a super relaxing and calming space. The instructor was very knowledgeable and attentive to both my partner and I, correcting positioning throughout the class. She makes Pilates approachable, challenging and fun for all levels of fitness! 10/10 would recommend Breeze Pilates to all of my friends!!
Mina was amazing! She has created a very welcoming environment in her studio. I took duet classes with a friend and she was able to create a practice that challenged both of us and yet met our individual needs. I’ve learned so much to improve my practice in a short period of time. I would highly recommend Breeze Pilates to anyone just getting started or is interested in improving their practice.
Recently tried this studio for the first time and had a really good experience. The location is easy to get to, and the studio itself is clean and well-ventilated, which made the class feel comfortable from the start. The atmosphere was friendly and relaxed. As a first-timer, I felt welcomed and not out of place. Mina is friendly and gave clear instructions. She was very encouraging throughout the sessions, and respectful. Overall vibe was welcoming without any pressure. My sore abs the next day shows the workout being effective. If you are new to pilates or looking for a studio with a good environment, this is the one!
Had a lovely 1:2 first time pilates experience at Breeze Pilates. The studio was well-equipped and extremely clean with excellent lighting as well. A huge bonus was how close it is to the skytrain which makes the location super accessible. We were warmly welcomed the moment we stepped into the studio and Mina was thorough in explaining how the session would be like to us total beginners. She was very attentive throughout the session and made sure that any moves we were practicing was safe and within our abilities. We feel encouraged to continue with our pilates lessons at Breeze due the wonderful first time experience we had under Mina’s guidance. We can’t wait to be back!
