Steve and Trey are excellent! When I had my initial consultation, Steve took into account all of my fitness goals and created a workout that is putting me on track to achieve them. I have tendonitis in my shoulder that has given me pain on and off for years, and my workout routine was tailored to slowly help strengthen it over time. I have been going to Burning Fitness for almost 6 months and feel like I have been getting closer to my goals with each training session. Steve and Trey are very encouraging and have been so helpful with answering every question I've thrown at them throughout my fitness journey!
