I have been working out with J for years and have had amazing results! But recently Capital Fitness has started offering peptide therapy, GLP-1 for weight loss. Peptide therapy has been astounding! I’m considering GLP-1 as well. @peptidetherpy @glp1

The equipment is solid, there’s plenty of space, and you’re not fighting ten people for one machine like it’s a survival game. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and they don’t hover or act like gatekeepers of fitness. The atmosphere is motivating without being intimidating, which makes it easy to stay consistent. Whether you’re just starting out or you’ve been at it for years, this gym makes showing up feel worth it.
Jay has been my fitness coach for the past 4 months, and the difference in how I feel is huge. I’m stronger, my energy is better, and I’m finally consistent with my workouts. Jay is professional, encouraging, and really pays attention to form, which makes me feel safe even when we push hard.From day one, Jay listened to my goals and designed sessions that match my current level but still challenge me. Amazing place to workout and learn how to properly exercise. It’s been my go to place and I love feeling more energy and strength in my body. I can’t wait to see more results as I progress but the transformation has already started and the biggest change is that my gym time now always has accountability! I have no excuses to not go and I feel way better when I do especially after I get to the end of the workout and Jay says that I can stretch now:) it’s the best part of the process!!! Capital Fitness has been phenomenal from the start. Meeting with Jay and his team has helped me prepare to pass my physical fitness test and regain my confidence back into the gym.
