I went got a screen replacement for $266 JUST A SCREEN !!!!! two weeks later he tells me it’s something internal I pay an extra $201 here I am a week later and my phones messed up he said “you don’t have warranty “ I check my receipt I call and my “warranty “ doesn’t cover and now I have to pay an extra $150 (“Discount ) because now it’s my screen (mind you this is the screen he gave me ) ? And he said it from being in my pocket wrong or pushing air bubbles out MIND YOU I DONT EVEN HAVE A SCREEN PROTECTOR !!!!!! I was otw back home using gps whe my phone started glitching then just went black on one side

Don’t come here, awful screen quality. I purchased an “original iPhone screen” for $330. Face recognition was not functioning properly and 1 day short of a month after the repair I dropped my phone and the screen cracked and turned white/blue. He replaced my screen 8/19 and it broke 9/18. My phone has an otter box as well as a screen protector and on the first drop it cracked the screen. Mind you it was not a crazy drop I’ve dropped my iPhones before and have never broken my screen (the initial repair was a green screen issue). I went back for his “life time warranty” he said it covered if it cracked. He tried to sell me a cheaper screen and said “why would he tell me that he’d replace after a crack”. Came to the Apple Store where they verified he did not sell me an original display. He’s a SCAMMER and does not keep his word save your money and go somewhere you can trust and get it done right the first time.

This is the third phone that we have brought to the cell care + brothers. Each time they have done an excellent job, especially Ash, who helped out with a deal. At other places we have gone to repair the phone, the pieces have not been the best quality, it’s Ash and his brother that use the best quality pieces and I don’t have to bring that phone back for a screen replacement. Now if all three of my children can take better care of their phones, that would be even better. Thank you Ash for doing the job quickly and giving us a deal and throwing in a free pink case.
