I chose CC after my car was in a really bad accident, my insurance was a complete pain to work with but I was super happy I went here instead of the other shops my insurance was recommending. My car ended up being totaled in the end but working with Monique and the team was so easy and stress free. I had a nice talk with one of the guys there, I wish I'd caught his name, he gave me so much good advice on how to move forward with my claim when I was cleaning out my car for pick up. I really appreciated the time and care they put into me and my car, even if it was just for a short time. If I ever need work done, I'm definitely bringing my car here.
Collision Consultants did an excellent job repairing my car. I felt very comfortable leaving my car there. Monique and her team was very friendly and professional. Monique found damage on the front of my car that I never noticed. It's been decades since I had to go to a collision repair shop, so I appreciate the fact that Monique explained clearly what the process would be. I wasn't pressured to leave my car with them right away, but I decided to a few days later. Once the insurance estimates were finalized, it took only 3 days to complete the job. I was surprised the invoice listed in detail all the numerous repairs done. I was amazed at how well the car looked, like it was one of those expensive hand jobs. Many of my friends told me my car looked brand new again! Most of all, my car drives as expected and the repairs look great!
Monique, Sam and the rest of the team are genuinely nice and professional people to deal with. You never get the feeling they are just being nice because they have to, they are just nice because they are nice people. After receiving my car back from the extensive repairs it was beautiful, maybe better than before the accident. There were a couple minor issues that I found, but they didn't try to avoid responsibility for the issues, they just addressed them and fixed them promptly and professionally. Great place with great people and professional service. Not surprised at all that most people rate them 5 starts.
Everyone here is very friendly and upfront. I went in out of nowhere since I scratched my Audi. Got a quote pretty fast and decided to go with it. Price might be a bit higher than others but you are also getting the best reputable and well reviewed shop to do your work. A guaranteed of high quality.
