Overall, your establishment is commendable. However, I had my mother bring her vehicle for repair at your shop, and she was deeply disturbed by the dog jumping on her and the employees in the office failing to address the situation. Some individuals may be apprehensive or allergic to dogs, and my mother’s constant movement and the lingering odor of dog and urine in the office are concerning. I will not be returning to your establishment in the future. It is imperative that dogs be kept on leashes or in crates to ensure the safety and comfort of all patrons.

Estimate was 2 weeks, it did take a month but that’s typical in this business with parts delays. Overall I am satisfied. Their front desk, Stephanie Mendoza is EXCELLENT and the real success behind this shop. Very communicative, shoots your straight, quick and easy to work with.
