This is my second time choosing this company for work on my home as the quality delivered and their professionalism is outstanding! They deserve higher than 5 stars if that was possible. The office kept me informed of all aspects of the project from start to finish. The crew who completed the work, along with their onsite supervisor, were very meticulous. When the crew said they would be at my home at a particular time, they were never late and sometimes a few minutes early. That is very important to me. I wish every company I have to deal with had the same work ethics as Cooley Roofing as it would make my life much better! I can't thank this company enough for the great work they did!
Cooley Roofing recently completed a roof replacement and gutter replacement project on our home. Both teams did an outstanding job. We are very pleased with our new GAF Timberline roof and oversized aluminum seamless gutters. From our initial meeting with Troy Cooley to the completion of both projects, we are very satisfied with the entire process and the work completed. We were very impressed with the information presented by Troy and the time taken to go over the process and explaining things very well, listening and answering our questions. Jillian was our contact in the office and she was very helpful and quick to reply with answers to our questions. The roofing team lead, Paul and Bennett were very professional, and knowledgeable and did a great job explaining and fixing an issue in our attic and answering questions. Cooley roofing helped us with a gutter repair we needed fixed before our house was put on the market. They had everything fixed and ready to go in a couple of days. Great company to work with. Responsive, timely, and affordable. A+++
We had some roofing repairs completed by Cooley, and the whole process was extremely transparent, in terms of timing, price, and scope of work. Joseph and Santiago made repairs very quickly and were communicative throughout the process. They even fixed a leak on the inspection visit, right before a rainstorm, so that we didn’t incur additional ceiling damage in our house. When they came back for the main repair job, they made quick work and cleaned up everything before leaving. Cooley’s price was also fair, as I got 3 quotes before signing a contract. I hope I don’t have a need for roofing services again, but if I do, Cooley will be my first and only call!
This year for me, Cooley has installed a new roof, windows, shutters and siding. I am completely satisfied with all of these projects. From my initial visit with Trey Cooley to the last day of work, I was impressed by the care the various teams took with my home. Cooley company pays attention to details, resulting in the desired finished project. I have no reservations recommending this company.
