My fiancé and I had a bespoke engagement ring commissioned, with the process starting in March 2020, just as the pandemic began to shut down businesses. Throughout lockdown, Ben remained in touch and continued the search for the perfect stones. He was clear about costs and worked within our budget to produce an amazing ring, which will one day become a family heirloom. The after sale service is also to be highly commended, with free cleanings for the lifetime of the piece - a service we have already used twice!
