Jayden deserves all five stars and possibly a parade. He traveled far and wide, over every inch of icy road Michigan could throw (in route), just to arrive at my home and rescue me from a ceiling-ruining, trim-destroying, morning-routine-obliterating disaster. Professional. Experienced. Honest. Kind. Friendly. Efficient. Trustworthy. Basically the avengers of home repair, but without the property damage. I’ll be recommending him to friends, family, strangers, and anyone who even mentions the word “leak”. And yes, I’ll absolutely hire him again… assuming I can face the shame of knowing y’all are reading this very accurate, articulate and inspiring review. Also, Cregger Plumbing did send me four requests for a Google review (I feel honored, even though I know I was the one who was delaying so much that I had to be reminded), I hope this will suffice! :)
Josh was fantastic. He quickly identified and fixed a leak at my home and repaired several sections of copper piping. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to offer helpful recommendations on a few other plumbing related concerns as well. Very professional, personable, and easy to work with. Looking forward to working with Cregger and Josh again in the future!
David is certainly the BEST plumber in the area! We had a major issue with a corroded and leaking drain under our basement floor (common issue with older homes). David came in, diagnosed the issue, excavated, replaced the drain, and got us back on line in one day. Amazing! HIGHLY RECOMMEND Cregger Plumbing...THANK YOU!
Thomas and his crew showed up as planned and went straight to work removing the old cast iron boiler and its supporting equipment. In no time at all the old was gone and they were setting up the area for the new system. Upon completion of the job, Thomas gave me a run down of what they did, explaining the various pieces of equipment and what they were supposed to do. The house is now nice and toasty. My mother in law has taken off her, gloves, hat and sweater. Happy mom, happy me.
Jayden and Ethan fixed my plumbing issue that was causing a rotten egg smell in my 100-year-old home, and they did so with ease and good timing—despite having to cut into my drywall behind my heavy stacked washer/dryer units (that did not come with wheels or a level floor) that were difficult to move in and out of the space. Both guys were friendly and informative, despite the complication of explaining my plumbing issue to me. Jayden was even kind enough to remove a dead rodent from my crawlspace that was found during the initial diagnostic appointment! And they both were kind enough to close up the wall hole they made and cleaned up the mess made from cutting and installing PVC piping/trap for my washer to eliminate the nasty smell I was experiencing when I used hot water and my A/C kicked on—pushing the smell into my home via my vents. This is the third major home project I’ve hired Cregger for as a first-time homeowner and I have zero plans to change businesses, every Cregger technician I’ve had out to my home has been extremely helpful and understanding of my situation. I appreciate those qualities more than I could express and I mean this in the best way possible—I hope I never have to see another Cregger technician again now that all of the major issues have been resolved. But if a new issue arises, I will 100% be contacting Cregger again because I know I can trust that they most likely know my home better than I do at this point! Thank you Jayden and Ethan, and Cregger for all you’ve done for me and my home!
