This is the best gym atmosphere I have ever been apart of. From the gym itself to the people that work there I am blown away. Angeles was so wonderful and helpful signing me up I can’t thank her enough for introducing me to the staff that showed interest in helping me achieve my goals.
I was interested in joining crunch fitness and called to speak to someone on 12-09-2025. I had the pleasure of talking to Elena who had amazing customer service, polite, thorough, and answered all of my questions regarding the membership. I like how she made me feel comfortable about joining crunch fitness and explained the entire process with me. I wanted to wait to tour the gym first before I joined, but Elena was so phenomenal over the phone that I signed up immediately! I got the unlimited membership so I can have access to all of the classes and amenities. Elena is a true gem and a great asset to crunch fitness. Besides the gym having a sauna which was something that I wanted, I also joined due to the fantastic customer advice that I received from Elena. If you guys are looking for a good gym that has amazing customer service and who care about their members. Come to crunch fitness and ask for ELENA! :)
Located right in perimeter mall area they have masterly fit this full service Crunch location into a very small shopping. Space. It’s the smallest one that I’ve been to out of roughly 4 or five locations and like all the others it is very clean and well managed. Has a great vibe with a younger crowd. Crunch Fitness absolutely dominates LA Fitness.🔝💯🇺🇸👏🏽🐺 If you’re looking for a Jim to join, you have found the right one. Crunch Fitness has a wrap on the gym industry in terms of commercial fitness experience. By far the best gym I’ve ever been a member of. 🏆🫵🏾🧙🏻♂️
