I'm sure it's a fine gym, but if you join beware because it's not easy or cheap to quit. They have a 30 day policy that was never disclosed, so even though I cancelled my membership they are still charging me for next month and an additional annual fee. All in all they are getting $100 from me for nothing. I hope they pay their employees well because they are screwing people out of money right and left.
I’m so glad you’ve added multiple locations in Tulsa! This gym is incredible, if you had someone else at the front desk to greet me tonight that wasn’t abrasive and talking down to me, I would’ve easily given it a 5 star. I get that people have bad days, but I think I’ll just stick to your location at 91st. Always pleasant and kind.
I genuinely love this place and the equipment they have. They keep it clean. I pay 25 bucks a month to work out here, and to also have access to what little amenities they offer. Simple right? Apparently not! You cannot trust the Real Time Gym Capacity meter. At all. I just went in when it was light and changed to moderate while I was inside. 2 - 3 people on every machine/station, nearly every cardio machine was taken. The sauna // massage had extensive wait times. If I pay 25 bucks to work out here, have to wait 10 - 15 minutes for every pair or couple to finish their sets, I have to wait 30 minutes to get into the sauna or massage. What's the actual point of working out here if you cannot get in and out in a timely manner or use the amenities you pay for when you want or need it? I talked to someone at the desk and they said "Well it's not really that busy for us?”. But if I have to be at the gym for nearly 2 hours to get a workout in with a 10 - 15 minute wait in between each set I do. Plus having to wait half an hour to use any amenities wouldn't that mean that you're technically busy and gaslighting me into thinking you're not? It definitely seems that way. I know what busy looks and feels like.
I've been training with Rafael for a while now, and I couldn't be more impressed with his dedication and expertise. He consistently designs challenging, effective workouts tailored to my goals, and his motivational approach keeps me engaged and committed. His attention to proper form and technique has helped me improve my fitness safely and efficiently. I truly appreciate his positive energy, professionalism, and the genuine interest he shows in my progress. I highly recommend Rafael to anyone looking to achieve their fitness goals with outstanding support and guidance. I've had an amazing experience at this gym! The atmosphere is motivating, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. It's truly a great place to work out, whether you're a beginner or a fitness enthusiast. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality gym environment!" Alex is also an amazing Zumba instructor!
Great staff, fun atmosphere, plenty of floor space. I’m currently 300lbs and trying to lose weight with self confidence issues and always afraid I’m gonna be made fun of while working out. But, I don’t feel that way here even when that’s on my mind and I wanna be self conscious and walk out. But, it’s fine though, right? 😂
