Somewhat liked this gym for a long time until I had to cancel my membership due to a temporary work move out of state-- I called to cancel and the receptionist told me I had to come into the store to cancel, as I was unable because I'm not in town, she said she would have a manager call me back. The manager never called, so I called back the next day to speak with him. Even though I cancelled before the 11th of the month as my contract stated, I still got charged $65 for the following month. Which I brushed off because a lot of gyms do that. I just received another charge for 2 months in a row after I had cancelled for another $65. It seems to be impossible to cancel and it's super frustrating since I haven't been there for a total of 3 months now but have been charged $195 for a membership I'm not able to use Just to note their equipment is not up to date, and the tanning beds were broken for most of my membership. Definitely better gyms in Tulsa.
Gym looks like it was cute when it was kept up about a decade ago. Lot of things are broken equipment or dirty and the steam room was broken and continually producing very hot steam so everyone had to leave. Just completely neglected Gym. $20 to bring a guest one day... disappointing.
I love Genesis. I've never been comfortable in a gym. Fir me it's a very intimidating place. That has changed since coming to Genesis. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. The trainers are very knowledgeable and have made me more comfortable using the equipment. I'm achieving my fitness goals!
I have just recently joined this gym and so far it has been a wonderful experience . It’s clean a very positive environment and the staff are super helpful and friendly. Raider has been great && Haylee is amazing , always has a smile on her face and she makes the best protein shakes! Love this gym and the people
My first time coming to this location. Friendly and helpful staff. The gym is in great shape and kept clean! Would definitely recommend.
