Had a great experience at Curacao in the electronics department, specifically the wireless speakers area. The staff was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain different options and features. Customer service was excellent and made choosing the right speaker easy. Definitely appreciate the help.
I was standing for about 35 minutes while some of the employees were just staring at me standing around not one of them came and ask if i needed help or even to say they will be with me shortly. A very sweet young girl I believe her name is jacky came and ask if i needed help. She was very nice and apologized for the long wait. Jacky took the time to show me different perfumes with a very positive attitude. I will definitely be back and ask for her.
Yerick, is a very nice gentleman and very helpful. He helped me although out the process as it’s my first time to shop in this store and he made it so easy for me. From getting approved for a credit and until the purchase agreement was reached and going through the process over my phone with the payment and he made me understand all I need to know.
