We had another company doing our furnace and A/C checks for years and these guys immediately won our business! They were thorough and found things the other guys didn’t! The whole experience was great! I had another “well known” company come in (late to their appointment), spend 2.5hrs “working” just to tell me they couldn’t turn the heat on. Window of 8:00-12:00, arrived at 12:35, left at 2:15 or so. Blew my whole day! I paid their service fee and had them leave. A friend told me to call D&K. He uses them, his parents, in laws…so I called them. Jennifer was awesome, I told her the situation, she asked me some important questions about my unit, and offered to have a sales rep come out. I told her I probably couldn’t that day because I had somewhere to be in a couple of hours and needed to buy some space heaters. She said, “he’ll be there in 15min.” Don showed up (on time!) came in and got straight to business, no sales pitch, no upsell, just options. He said, “I’ll have my service guy come out and turn the heat on for you as well in the meantime.” I told him, well the other company said that wasn’t possible. “I don’t know why they told you that.” Don and I signed some papers (which I was happy to do because he kept it straight with me) and the service tech stopped by, worked his magic and turned the heat back on. Jennifer called me the follow week to set up the install appointment and answered my additional questions. The install team came and they both were extremely pleasant and helpful, got in, laid down their drop cloths, got to work, cleaned up, walked me through how to use the new system, and got out of there. D&K earned my business because they didn’t try and play games with me. They earned my word of mouth because they did what they said they would. I can only assume the same is true for my friend who recommended them. No one else touches my furnace and A/C except for D&K now. Love this company!
Sal and Joshua Did an excellent job of correcting some old issues from a prior service person. They were professional, friendly and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend them. I also use D & K to annually service my air conditioning and my furnace and they do an excellent job.
The technician called me prior to the visit and arrived in a timely manner well within the window set up for the visit. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and quickly did the seasonal service. I highly recommend D&K Heating and Cooling for all of your H-VAC needs!
Our mini-split issue was difficult to diagnose and they were able to get the company on the phone and work through the issue and order the part for repair. Though it did take a couple of appointments to complete the work, they were able to figure it out when another company could not. I appreciated them being very clear on communication, following up in a timely manner and they were able to get an accurate diagnosis and repair the unit instead of replacing it. We are grateful that we didn't need to replace the whole unit and they were great to work with.
