We had the most incredible experience at Diamonds Direct. I would like to specifically point out Gai. Gai took her time helping us pick out the perfect band to create my dream engagement ring. She made me feel like a family member and I could genuinely feel that my decision was not only emotional for me but for her as well. Part of the ring was my great grandmother’s and the amount of comfort I felt leaving such a special piece in their hands, goes to show who they are. I would not recommend an establishment higher than I do them.
Melissa Noonan was an incredible help. She introduced me to the Simon G representative that was onsite that day and we found an incredible option for an engagement ring. There was no sly agenda, no trying to convince me of something else - she simply cared about my experience and wanted me to find something timeless that would echo in our hearts for decades. She let me take my time looking at each diamond and brought out several settings to ensure I had the style I was looking for. Safe to say, mission accomplished! I love the setting and diamond I chose and I know my partner will too! 100 out of 10 experience. Above and beyond!
Scott was absolutely amazing! My husband upgraded my wedding ring for our 25th anniversary, and Scott went above and beyond to make it extra special. He was kind, professional, and made the whole experience so easy for us because I was EXTREMELY nervous. He even had my stone set in just one day, right in time for our anniversary. I couldn't be happier with the service and the beautiful ring. Highly recommend!
