This place is absolutely fantastic! Gets my car super clean, it doesn't seem that there's ever really long lines there, and amazingly when I call them, an actual human being answers the phone. I actually called them tonight after their business hours, which are 10:00 p.m. they answered at 10:30!
Ur better off going to Express Auto Wash on carson st, just straight down the road. Better prices for better benefits and service. Its really disappointing to keep coming here (takes gas and milage btw) and the touchless car was is always down for some reason. Just keep wasting people’s time and it’s annoying. Make a better website to notify people if something is down or stop servicing it if you can’t frequently keep it up. It gets to a point.
I’d advise against getting a monthly pass here , the touchiness wash is constantly broken. I went through one day while an employee was there . The wash stopped and left my car with soap all over it and dry cycle didn’t work. He said I could go back through ( big deal I have a monthly pass) either way he saw after the second time the same thing happened . There was no solution offered. I reached out by phone to get some help, they said the glare from the sun caused it to break. Anyway a week later it’s been down for a few more days . They should offer a refund.
The soft cloth wash (a PDQ Tandem RiteTouch) usually does well. Some people mentioned not getting a hot wax at this location but I don't think the machine is set up to even offer it - the higher tiers get undercarriage cleaning, a wheel clean, color polish and surface protection. And yes, it does pre-soak. My only complaint is the soap doesn't seem to be the best and doesn't give great coverage, but it does the job. I really wish the vacuums accepted cards though!
