I needed a repair or replacement for my front golf cart tire. It appears that the tire was an original from 25 years ago. Discount had it done in less than an hour. Once I got it home it was a 65 rather than a 50. I drove back and the staff replaced it with a 50 within a half hour. Even though I was inconvenienced by the mistake I feel discount was friendly and personable and really there to make it right.

Made an appointment for balance and rotation. Checked in ahead of scheduled time and was told to wait and someone would be with me shortly. 15 minutes later I remind them I’m still waiting and guy takes care of processing me into the queue. It’s a bit past the appointment time but I play along and ask how long it might take. He says 45 minutes or so. No problem I’ll go get lunch nearby and am gone about 45 minutes. Coming back to the store I see my vehicle hasn’t moved. I can see I’m getting played and am thinking appointments don’t mean anything. I just asked for my fob and left. Reading some of the other posts for this location it seems like it happens often. I recommend being aware that you might get this treatment here.

We stopped by hoping Discount could help us and they delivered 100%. My son needed to replace the brake pads on his car and realized he didn’t have the wheel lock key. I said let’s go see if Discount can help us out. Chase came out and quickly said he had what we needed and said “ no charge”. Excellent customer service and this is why I have only used Discount Tire for years. Thank you from a grateful Mom.

I took my Scion Xb in on September 4th to get my tire repaired as it had a screw in it. I was told there was a wait, of course, I expect that! I walked to nearby shopping when Richard called me. “Your front tires look worn.” He was correct! He offered to pro rate my tires…also nice! So no problem, I needed new tires! However, yesterday, I’m driving my family around and notice that my front passenger tire is flat. This tire was rotated from the rear and sure enough….same nail or screw stuck in the same place! Bad on me for not checking, bad on discount tire for rotating a tire with a nail in it to the FRONT!!!! Only where I steer and drive, no biggie if it fails! I went in for a free courtesy repair and left with 2 new tires and an opportunity for a catastrophic failure! Thankfully a tech at STG auto group removed it and patched it! He told me it was too close to the sidewall and would likely need replacing! Free advice that discount tire could have told me and could have made money on! Yeah I’m pissed! My kid drives this thing! They had 4 techs working on it, I don’t think it was communicated to them.
