I went through the carwash with the soft top still on my jeep. The hardtop I ordered months ago hadn't come in yet. Drive and Shine was the only car wash in town to convince me that it would be safe to take my soft top through since they have a touchless setting. After a few times of getting the touchless wash, I purchased a monthly plan. Right before Christmas I went through and they did not change the setting to touchless. This resulted in the back side panels getting scratched up! This is not a cheap replacement. Prior to Drive and Shine I only washed my vehicle by hand with the soft top. Right away I called and the lady working owned up to the mistake. I ended up stopping by the location a couple times to put in the claim since it was not documented correctly. It's now been over a month and no one has gotten back to me with the claim. All the employees at the location are very aware of who I am but their District Manager just pushes my claim to the side. The employees have followed up with my claim numerous times with the District Manager. He's not doing his job. No matter how many voicemails I leave and times I stop in, this is going nowhere. It's incredibly frustrating because they have camera footage of the mistake that has been documented and the employee working owned up to the mistake.

The wash itself was awesome however what I didn't like was there's no tire shine I believe the tires being shined at the end of the was is like the icing on the cake

Best car wash in the Fort Wayne, IN area! I’ve never had any issues, and the staff here is always friendly and helpful. Best part is the indoor vacuum and the mat machine!!!! Saves me so much time!

I have nothing but positive things to say about Drive & Shine Car Wash. They truly treat you like a VIP here, and the quality of their car washes are TOP NOTCH! Shay and Sean always treat me great and service any needs I may have. Anyone who knows me understands I take caring for my vehicles seriously, and Drive & Shine makes doing so easy. Way better value and quality than *ike's (don't want to give advertisement to those "other" guys).😊 Several months later, and I'm STILL pleased with the service I receive at Drive n Shine at the Coldwater location. People typically go out of their way to leave a review of bad service, but I like to so so when I recieve exceptional service, and I do so here on a CONSISTENT basis. Something that isn't too common now a days.

Shala always offers me great service today she helped me with the upgrade to go inside and get ready for winter. Then while I was inside she showed me how to use all the super fun gadgets. I love coming to this location.
