This has been a great gym experience overall! I love that it’s intimate and not crowded. I train with Vanessa, and she’s been great to work with. She’s enjoyable and knowledgeable. For a person who doesn’t naturally enjoy the gym, this has been the best training experience I’ve ever had!
I have been an athlete my whole life, and have always neglected strength training for fear of injury. I reached out to Embody Fitness to help me enter the world of strength training safely, and feel more confident adding weights to my workout routine. I've gotten so much more than I hoped for. For the first time, I am lifting weights without pain, and getting stronger in ways that decades of coaches could not help me achieve. Roxy has helped me learn to listen and attend to my body, and understand how my body is meant to work when lifting. I'm tremendously grateful for all that she has taught me. I started training at Embody just over three months ago and have had a fantastic experience! I love the intimate, small-gym feel, and the trainers are both knowledgeable and encouraging. I’ve learned so much from Roxy in the time we’ve worked together. Roxy pushes you in the best way while never sacrificing form or the quality of your workouts. I also appreciate how she remembers my progress and notes areas for improvement, so every session truly feels tailored to me. I’m already feeling so much stronger!
