Literally the best nail salon around! Tu and Su are the sweetest and always a smiling face when you walk in the door. The customer service is excellent. They are so welcoming and do great work! Have been coming to Lynn for about 1 year and she is the best! Everyone is super friendly! Would recommend this place to anyone!
First time here since my usually place was not available. I was nicely greeted by the gentleman at the front who nicely walked over the technician who did an excellent job with my nails. I was asked if I wanted a beverage of which they had quite a few options; I opted for a water; and I was asked periodically if everything was going well. I did an acrylic dip manicure and regular polish pedicure with scrub. I liked how I didn’t feel pressured to upsale or tip as I usually tip anyways but other places can make you feel pressured. There was not a lot of chatter and the ambience was nice and facilities were clean. Would recommend this place to anyone who wants 5 star service. Definitely would come here again.
The best nails salon in chandler that I’ve been to. The customer service is top notch. They care about everyone that comes in that salon. Very clean and aesthetically pleasing. The atmosphere is so calm and inviting. Ling(probably spelled her name wrong) but she always gets me right. You won’t regret going here.
Essentially You is my go to for my nails. All of the staff are very friendly and accommodating and the space is so cute! Their prices are really good and the range of services they offer is quite good as well. I have never been disappointed and always enjoy coming here! Victor has done my nails every time and is absolutely amazing! He has been able to create everything I have shown him and made it even better! I highly recommend this salon!
Great experience from start to finish! Was able to easily book a same-day appointment through their website. Front desk staff was very welcoming. My nail tech was Lynn. She made me feel incredibly well taken care of, educated me on all my options (I'm a newbie to manis/pedis), and she of course did a great job on my nails. Will absolutely return!!
