My fiancé and I could not have asked for a better experience with Ethan Lord and, specifically, Erika. I went into our ring shopping experience with some idea of what I liked but I really wanted a consultative experience to weigh all my options. Erika was so knowledgeable and thorough throughout the entire process and was also incredibly engaging and fun to work with. I’d highly recommend Erika and Ethan Lord to anyone shopping for engagement rings, wedding bands, or jewelry in general!
My and my fiance's experience at Ethan Lord was truly 11/10! We specifically worked with Erika, and I cannot speak highly enough of her. I am truly so grateful that I was able to work with her and I really appreciate how much time, knowledge, and attention to detail she put in to make sure everything turned out the way that it did. Her guidance throughout this experience was invaluable, and from our first appointment I felt like she really connected with me and understood exactly what I would love. My ring is so perfectly "me" (we fully designed it together and there are a multiple elements that are personal to me/my fiancé, I knew going in that I wanted something really personal and special), and I just am so happy she was able to somehow capture that within the design. I am obsessed with how uniquely "us" my ring is, and I have gotten compliment after compliment from everyone who sees my ring too!
We had the most wonderful experience customizing our engagement ring at Ethan Lord with Mehdi! He is a TRUE professional. After several appointments at other jewelers and not seeing anything we liked, Mehdi made my fiancee and I feel like anything we wanted was possible. He was so knowledgeable and patient with us throughout the entire process. He treated us with genuine care and is just so enjoyable to be with. We made revisions to the CADs until I was 100% satisfied. Go with a local jeweler for your ring! You will be treated with so much attention here, not to mention their studio is so sleek and pretty:)
Could not be happier with our experience at Ethan Lord, specifically with Erika. She provided such practical and thoughtful advice while designing my engagement ring, which I am so incredibly thankful for. She was extremely patient with all the time i needed to make decisions and i never once felt rushed or pressured. She was able to incorporate a unique touch into my ring that was subtle but very special to us. Highly recommend!
Thank you Ethan Lord for making me the most beautiful custom ring!!! From the moment we stepped in there I knew this was the best fit for me. I went into my appointment not knowing what I wanted... at all. Lauren took the time to walk me through each and every option. We learned a lot during that appointment. My fiance also loved working with Lauren during the design process which took place secretly over email. They were in constant communication with him during the design and fabrication process. Lauren really brought what I wanted to life while also letting my fiance make final touches and decisions, which meant a lot to me. I will be returning for our wedding bands and we can't thank Ethan Lord enough for the best experience! They are a small business and I'd support them over and over again. If I could give more than 5 starts, I would!!!
