We had a roofing project at our church to replace shingles and any damaged boards, and to roof over internal gutters. Kendall Brown was our project manager for Exclusive Roofing Inc. and he did a great job walking beside us every step of the way from the scope of work site survey to the final cleanup and inspection. Our church building is well over 70 years old, and any project with a building that old, surprises are sure to come up. Kendall and his crew were very flexible with changes that came up and communicated these changes in a clear and timely manner. We are very pleased with a job well done.

10/10 experience with Kendall and his team. Right from the start, Kendall helped us out with roofing estimates, provided physical samples, and made the whole process smooth and seamless. We got the roof of the entire home replaced and it looks fantastic! Appreciate all the hard work of their demolition crew who quickly got everything set up for the roof, the roofers were fantastic and work really hard too (Damian, etc) and in a fast timely manner. Working with Kendall and his team from Exclusively Roofing was one of the best experiences we’ve had with a contractor. Our house needed a new roof and we wanted to make sure we got it done before the rainy season. We got quotes from five companies and not only was the quote process with Kendall pretty painless, his quote was better for a comparable statement of work. Kendall was no pressure, just explained what needed done, the options they offered, how the quote was calculated, what the quote did and did not cover, and left it in our hands. We talked about timing and he was able to get his crew on us within a week. After reviewing all the quotes we selected Exclusively Roofing and work started. I saw Kendall daily and got updates on what was done and what the plans were for the next day. He was very responsive to texts and calls throughout the job (I admit to being a worrier). Tear off was quick and the team did such a good job picking up the yard appeared cleaner than when they started. The build crew was on time every day and was attentive to our property during the entire process. Each morning I was asked by the crew “If there is anything we can do to make this better for you just let us know”. At the end of each day they did a yard clean up, stored their tools, and left the property in as good a shape as they found it. The work finished on time and they did a last check of the roof and property and a final extensive clean up. Kendall did a final review with us, reminded us of the nice warranties we had and that we had his phone number if anything came up. We would definitely recommend working with Exclusively Roofing and Kendall if your home’s roof needs attention! Attached photos are from the finished job.
