This comment is for the delivery service in Oakland, I’ve lived out here for 2 years and everytime I find myself getting delivers from yal it’s always bad either, it’s not being delivered or stolen or even left over the fence inside my condo somewhere, they closed my dispute and had to reopen it 2 days later for some reason, the drivers are careless, not only around holidays but the whole year, the customer service is the worst in the world. Do better. Yal need to rehire/retrain all drivers in this location, something has to be done.
I always found them to be helpful and courteous to me whenever I drop off items or use any of their services. They always help open the door or carry packages for me whenever they see me with a lot of packages,I really appreciate that.
This has become my go-to printing spot when I need actual paper for work. The staff is cool. One time I tried to ship something internationally and I didn't have all the info I needed, the staff took so much time going out of their way to help me.
I went to this location during a peak of COVID as I needed to overnight some mail keys to Seattle, Washington. Though the line was sizable outside, the staff were expeditious and prioritized needs accordingly, within the guidelines of how many customers can be in the store. I got a great price on my overnight shipment, and was helped quickly and thoroughly.
The employees are honestly amazing. Once I left my iPhone here because I was so stressed about our first pop-up event, and one of the guys found it and put it behind the counter for me! They've always been patient and helpful with our printing orders too.
