Every time I come here, I am always given such great service and today was no exception. This has been my go-to for getting flowers or plants for friends who have lost a loved one. I always come in clueless about plants or flowers and am always met with compassion and an eagerness to help me find something that fits my budget and my intention. I’m so grateful that this store is in my community and I highly recommend stopping by. Everyone is lovely and there are many types of flowers and plants and beautiful pots.

The staff helped me by pulling out and combining many flowers til I had my favorite arrangements to use at my daughters wedding! Very knowledgeable and fun staff!

Horrible customer service! Bought half a dozen irises Friday afternoon that were supposed to “open in a day or two”, but they never did. Went back Wednesday with the flowers, but it was past their 2 day return period. Not even a free daisy to brighten my day. I’ll never buy flowers here again!

UPDATE: i didnt check my review where she offered to replace my flowers and so i didnt call. She didnt leave it alone. She took the time to look up who i was and who purchased the flowers originally who was my partner and she called him. And offered to make it right. And she did! She replaced my entire boutique and my balloon and sent complimentary chocolates! Wow. Just look at these flowers! They all look soo NEW like they were just picked. Im sure these will last like all the rest of the flowers we normally get from them. Thank you for standing by your product and making it right! I normally love fellys flowers they normally have great flowers that last at least a week. Yesterday i received a beautiful arrangement. One think i noticed what that it was completely wet when it was dropped off like it had tipped over at some point. No biggie. But then today i came and all the flowers had wilted! They died in 1 night! What the heck? For how much your flowers cost i expect to be able to enjoy these flowers for more than 1 day! As u can see the small roses are completely dead and the bigger ones are on their way! And yes they still have water in the vase. No flower food did not come with the arrangement this time, like they normally do.

Ich habe am Valentinstag Blumen für meine Freundin ausgesucht. Zuerst war ich auf ihrer Website und habe dort viele wunderbare Blumen gefunden, die perfekt als Geschenk geeignet sind. Dann bin ich in ihr Geschäft gegangen, leicht zu finden und es gibt viele Parkplätze. Die Verkaufsmitarbeiter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit; sie wissen definitiv, was man braucht, und können einem die besten Empfehlungen geben. Ich hatte dort wirklich eine großartige Erfahrung. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder.
