The team here is very helpful and the work was done quickly once our insurance finally did their part. Beth was great about keeping us up to date! The work on the front of our van and replacement of the bumper looked great. We saw a little alignment issue with the hood, but they fixed it immediately. The inside of my car was clean and mats were even cleaned. Way better experience than the last place we used. Definitely recommend Fine Line!!
I have only taken all of my cars to fine line And I have always experienced amazing customer service. And the work is amazing also I have never had to bring my car back for corrections. If you have a young driver they are your friends Dawana, Beth, and Bill will become family

Back on December 2 I was involved in an accident where a guy went through a stop sign and basically sideswiped my jeep. I work for an AutoZone in my area and we work with fine line delivering parts in what not to them immediately I knew where I needed to go and Bill in the staff at fine line took incredible care of me. They were able to get me into a rental, they were able to make sure that I was taken care of. Communication was fantastic from the get… I would highly recommend fine line to anybody that’s been into an accident and needs to get some major body work Done. Bill and Beth and the rest of the staff at fine line will definitely make sure that you guys are taken care of I hope to never get into another accident, but if I do, they will for sure get my business again.
I really can't say enough good about my experience with fine line on North High. All of the staff there was carrying and patient and eager to answer any questions that I had. They took what was a really negative situation of being hit and were able to turn it into a positive situation by restoring my car to better than new and making me aware of this great business in my neighborhood. Special shout outs to Beth for updating me every single day pretty much about the status of my car and the claims process. A special shout out as well to the staff that worked on my car and answered my technical questions about the repairs needed. Not only did the team at fine line do an exceptional job repairing my car but they also went the extra mile and clean my car both inside and out. I would highly recommend this business and would give them six stars if I could. Keep up the great work!
