At my first appointment with Dr. Yung I got the feeling that he was sketchy, because of the things he was saying.. Then, the he told me that my tooth was cracked and that I needed a crown. I thought this was strange so went to TDL dental, which is a premiere dentist I can’t normally afford because they aren’t in network with my insurance plan. They looked at the X-rays and took photos said they saw NO crack. I’m horrified that someone Franklin dental) would destroy my tooth and lie.
Love the dentist here - but just had one of the roughest cleanings of my life from the dental assistant. She flew through it and seemed to have no intention to be gentle. Flossed me like I owed her money. I hope not to get her again, but the Dr. here is fantastic.
Franklin Dental feels more like a spa that’s obsessed with flossing. The team is kind, patient, and actually makes the dentist something to look forward to (wild, I know). Highly recommend—unless you prefer bad vibes and mediocre care you could just go to Western Dental. Treat Yourself try Franklin Dental.
The dentist and staff are the best. My review is only for the wait time, which is beyond abysmal. I've had to wait 30-45 minutes every single time. Might just start arriving late..
Great dentist and all office staff. Unfortunately i didn’t get any direction on my new partial denture. No advice on getting used to the new apparatus and I had to ask about cleaning. Otherwise i would have given them a higher score.
