The flowers were lovely. The sunflowers really made the bouquet pop. The fragrance sprayed on the flowers, though, was very strong. I don't know what it was, but it smelled like perfume. I had to air the flowers out a bit. By the next day, the fragrance had reduced greatly, leaving the flowers to fill the room with their splendid colors on their own.
Ordered $200 flower basket for memorial service one week in advance and even called to confirm five days prior. I was assured flowers would be there. On the day of memorial service, NOTHING arrived. And no response to my phone calls, texts, or voicemails. Unfathomable. Inexcusable for a once in a lifetime event. Customer service non existent.
I needed a bit of a rushed delivery and they were extremely accommodating. They were able to hit the, frankly unreasonable, delivery window I requested and the flowers looked great.
I would never 👎 recommend anyone to this business. If I cannot give a rating it would be nothing. They were given a picture and the color was white flowers and black flowers trimmed with the ribbon wrapped around the standing spray. They sprayed painted the black flowers, what type of florists spray paint flowers. As you can see they use four types of flowers and they was supposed to use only two types of flowers. When they ran out of flowers they didn’t called me they just did their own design and then refused to refund the deposit $187, they only wanted to refund $87 because they cut the flowers. You can clearly see the flower foam through. All their reviews can’t be customers they must be staged reviews because their customer service is terrible and they don’t know exactly anything about flowers. The white one is their work and the yellow one is what I wanted it to look like. This is what they did for a fallen officer.
The bouquet I ordered for a special occasion was amazing and was exactly how I wanted. The flowers were fresh, vibrant, and they lasted for weeks. Thank you for your great communication and quick delivery
