I cancelled my membership this summer as I was out of the country. However, I wanted to join back just to find out they removed Essential membership (34.99) and calling it "Premium" now (40.99) just to get access to all Clubs (Which I don't need), This is ridiculous. So now I have to pay 6$ extra every two week + tax for something I'm not going to use. Where is your Essential membership? Bring it back
Nice gym and all, usually pretty decent standards in terms of cleanliness. But really sick of locker room habits, people leaving their things all over the place, poor hygiene standards, people lurking in the change rooms to try and steal, luckily I’m not dumb enough to not use a lock. People pay good money to go here and it’s treated like a pig pen.
Great gym and location is great. Unfortunately I know its a gym but the amount of bad BO there is absolutely horrible. There should be a big sign of PLEASE SHOWER BEFORE WORKING OUT!!! Also, the gym equipment is so dirty with hair, lint and dust because its never been cleaned since covid. There was a dedicated cleaner there frequently before covid that kept the machines clean but haven't seen anyone for a very long time...
I recently completed 6 amazing personal training sessions with Tutu, and I can’t recommend her enough! From day one she made me feel supported, motivated, and capable of pushing beyond my limits. Tutu is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and always makes sure I’m using the right form. She explains everything so well and tailors each session to my goals and fitness level. I loved how she encouraged me without ever making me feel overwhelmed. Every session was challenging in the best way, and I genuinely looked forward to them. Thanks to Tutu, I feel stronger, more confident, and excited to continue my fitness journey. If you’re looking for a trainer who truly cares and helps you bring out your best, Tutu is amazing! When I started with Goodlife a year and a half ago I came with some injuries. Branden devised several programs that allowed me to get stronger and increase my cardio fitness. He was very patient with my limitations while also encouraging me that I will get to my goals. He was very positive and motivating and knowledgeable. I was skeptical but Branden had faith in me and I can say with 100% confidence I am stronger and more confident in trying new exercises. He was easy to talk to and personable. I looked forward to going to the gym and seeing what new programs he had for me.
