Hey, Josh was the coolest shower repair dude ever! He was good at diagnosing the problem immediately. He didn't have the part on his truck so he ran got one extremely quick. It didn't work straight off the shelf so he had to drive ten miles to pick up another one. Returned under 35-40 minutes. Got it the problem fixed in five minutes. He was very clean and considerate of my home. Thanks, Josh! Job well done! I will recommend you to anyone who needs an expert!
They did a wonderful job very quick and efficient. Extremely professional informed me of everything. They were doing it before they did it and then followed up at the end. Left the house very neat and clean where they were working. So appreciate all their hard work and professionalism.

I particularly appreciated that there was zero sales pressure; he was respectful, attentive, and never attempted to overtalk me or push unnecessary services. He took the time to provide thorough, easy-to-understand explanations for the issue and the required repairs. His patience in answering every single one of my questions made me feel completely comfortable and informed about the process. The overall service was outstanding.
