Matt the Service Tech is very good at. His job. The service was in my view, fairly quick, but very thorough. Matt showed me the different aspects of his service and inspection of my system, which made me comfortable knowing that my system was in great working condition. Two “Big Thumbs Up” to Matt.
I’ve been a member with Holt for 10+ years. All of their employees have been amazing. Trent though took the time to explain everything to me about my HVAC system and help me understand what was wrong. He took the time to make sure I selected the best replacement unit for my needs. I will always recommend Holt to my friends & family.
Knowledgeable and friendly. David was on time and fixed our issue. We had multiple techs at our house today for various reasons. I did offer the techs $20 to fight on my front lawn for my own entertainment reasons. My offer was politely declined. Holt always has the most professional staff. Would recommend. Thanks!
Trent with Holt was excellent! He went above and beyond to troubleshoot our primary shower by disassembling it and calling two vendors who did not have the part which is when he went above and beyond finding the part on line. In addition, I had a question about a whole home filtration system and he took the time to educate me extensively. Trent with Holt provided white glove customer which was greatly appreciated!
Micki and JP did an awesome job on installing a brand new Ruud system into our only 5 year old home( the original contractors went cheap and it proved its value with failing twice, in one year) But knowing and trusting Justin’s agreement we decided to upgrade to a better and more efficient system. Micki and JP went straight to work and from new outside unit to full new unit in basement, they worked together so effortlessly to get us up and running by midafternoon. They both showed us all the new upgrades and how they worked,, set us up with the app for smart use even away from home. Both took pride and care working around getting equipment in and out of our home. Awesome job crew… keep up the great work and keep smiling. A satisfied customer again … Thanks Holt!
