I went in for the free session. I choose to do the hot stretch. The girl who set me up was so sweet in helping me understand what to do. I started the hot stretch workout… 5 minutes in I was sweating and said “oh yeah this is not for me.” I finished the workout because I’m no quitter.. and I am so glad I did. At the end of the session I FELT AMAZING. It gave me a feeling of accomplishment and I felt relaxed. I signed up and have been coming for 14 days straight. I rave about to all my friends. I have already brought one friend for free. I’m trying to bring everyone, so they can see what I love so much about it.
I really like the Bay Area Hotworx location! Here's why 👇 I just started at Hotworx this month, although there were a few slight complication when I signed up, I've had an excellent experience at this location thus far. The staff has been knowledgable, kind, and not intimidating while explaining their fitness equipment and how to get the best workout possible. Although this is an inferred sauna, and sweat is part of going there, you'd never know walking in, everything is clean and inviting. In my experience, I really feel the intensity of the workouts having the ability to adjust the temp is an excellent feature that allows me to work at my own comfort level. The instructors are friendly and instructions are easily understood in their videos. I feel the workouts are improving my fitness, mood, sleep, and focus. Thats why I recommend this location and I think you'll like it. 💕
I am starting my health journey and visited Hotworx Bay Area. I must say that it didn’t take very long into my tour for my husband and I to decide this was the perfect place for me. I am very nervous and conscience about walking into a gym. Upon entering, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. They very quickly eased my anxiety about being there. The tour was very thorough. Every area of the gym was explained to me in detail. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of each station and the great equipment they have. I was so excited when I left. Also, as we were getting to leave, the owner was walking into the building. We got to meet her and her professionalism and friendliness sealed the deal!
I’ve been coming to HOTWORX for about four months now, and it has truly become my sanctuary. As a special needs mom, my schedule is all over the place, and having a clean, safe, 24-hour workout space has been life-saving for my sanity. The staff here is always so kind, supportive, and welcoming — they make me feel seen and encouraged every time I walk in. The infrared workouts help me reset mentally and physically, and I always leave feeling stronger and more centered. So grateful for this location and the amazing people who run it!
I love it here so much! This is by far the best gym I have ever been a member of. Outside of the things that are standard at all HOTWORX, like the amazing sauna classes that leave you feeling so refreshed and your skin so glowy (hot cycle, hot spin, and hot barre are my favorite), and the weights section that has everything needed to get a full resistance workout beforehand… this location is super clean and has the most friendly staff. Pictures to show I am legitimately here all the time, and have no complaints. If you’re thinking of joining, just do it! P.S. they are under new ownership as of Feb 1, 2025… and she is so sweet and cares so much about making the members happy!
