Just completed a buy / sell in Summerlin with IS Luxury. Was a great experience. Would not have done anything differently. They showed me the right houses and we quickly found a house we loved. They also were able to bring a number of buyers by my house and it sold within a few months during the holiday period. My neighbor's house has been on the market for 6 months. Lastly, during escrow we found an issue with my roof and some water damage. Ivan and team kept the buyer warm while I addressed the issue and we closed on time. I would not use another agent in this area. They are great.

IS Luxury is hands down the best out there! I initially encountered them when they represented a seller on my last home that I purchased. They were extremely professional and accommodating and gave us a credit for some issues that happened with closing. 3 years later, I found my dream home with the help of Brian and Ivan (after both of them being extremely patient with my wife and I as we looked at dozens of homes over the 4 years).
