Amir and Rahin were amazing! I picked up my ring 2 months ago and finally popped the question 4 days ago. They made a beautiful ring that my fiancée and I absolutely love! Throughout the process, we worked closely together to design it going back and forth on ideas, refining the details, and making thoughtful decisions at every step. They were incredibly patient, cooperative, and genuinely invested in making sure the ring turned out exactly the way I envisioned. I highly recommend Amir and Rahin for their friendliness, their willingness to collaborate, and their great eye for detail! I can finally make this review now, just as I promised Amir, since I no longer have to keep it a secret from my fiancé that I bought a ring lol
My wife for the first time in over fifty years entrusted her wedding rings to this jeweler because they were in dire need of refurbishing. We are amazed at the result of his craftsmanship. They now shine and are reworked as when they were bought and I offered them to her. We highly recommend this jeweler to anyone who like their precious jewels spring back to life and shine again as they were meant to be.
A wonderful experience and a piece of jewelry that will be cherished for years to come! Amir was patient and friendly. He helped me pick out a piece of jewelry to be customized. I used some of my own gold. Amir used that to create a gorgeous pendant with my kids', husband's, and I's birthstones. He communicated well by sending a prototype prior to completing the piece and making the changes I requested. I highly recommend this shop if you are looking for custom jewelry.
Jax Jewelers House did an amazing job with my wedding band! My engagement ring was a unique shape and I also had a diamond from my mother’s engagement ring I wanted to include. Amir and Rahin came up with such a special design that made the pieces look fantastic together. On top of their friendly personalities and superb craftsmanship, they communicated well, had a fast turnaround time for custom work, and even made my engagement ring shine beautifully. I can’t thank them enough! 10/10
