I’ve loved my time here at Jet with all of the coaches! I’ve been training for 8 months now, working on strength training and working through a number of injuries. I’ve been able to build muscle, become more confident with weight training and become completely pain free during my work outs! I’ve also started working in the powerhouse Pilates program and love the balance it brings to my strength training. The program has helped me become more mobile, flexible, and aware of my body.
JET, and specifically my trainer Dani, have helped me get to a place where my vision of myself finally matches the outside. Coming off a major hip surgery, as well as a historically messy relationship with exercise and food, JET and Dani have helped me recognize myself once again. Physically, I am in better shape than when I was 20, but the major change is mental- Dani has helped me re-imagine my relationship with exercise and food as tools to increase your longevity and function to live a long, health life. Dani’s attention to minute details of form have been invaluable to me, coming from a long history of injury, chronic pain, and eventual surgery. I have also found a sense of womanhood with Dani and genuine community with everyone- every trainer is personable and committed, greeting you by name and cheering you on during your sessions. They’re also legitimately cool and funny. The facilities are high-end and spotless, drowning in natural light, with convenient locations. I couldn’t recommend giving yourself this gift and joining the JET fam any more! Thank you Dani and JET! 🫶
I had the pleasure of working with Ari as my personal trainer in the past three months leading up to my wedding, and I couldn't be happier with my results. Ari was not only professional and knowledgeable but also incredibly motivating and supportive throughout the entire process. Ari was always accommodating, kind, and supportive every work out. Ari not only made sure I practiced excellent form and technique, but also helped shift my mindset and my relationship with fitness. Thanks to his tailored approach and dedication, I felt confident and fit on my special day. Additionally, everyone at the studio was always so welcoming and friendly, which made each visit enjoyable. The studio itself was always impeccably clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend Ari and the studio for anyone looking to achieve their fitness goals in a great environment.
I've been training at JET for a year and a half now and I can't say enough good things about my experience. First of all, Shubha is AMAZING. She just knows her stuff and has helped me to become stronger and more aware of my body. I love how Powerhouse Pilates allows me to focus on building strength AND flexibility. Plus she's just a fantastic person - kind, funny and caring. I've never been someone who enjoys working out, ever, but I find myself looking forward to our sessions and getting up twice a week to work out at 6 AM. But I think the best part of JET is the sense of community they foster. From the minute you walk in the door you feel welcomed. It's just a great vibe. The gym/personal training experience can feel very transactional, but I always leave JET feeling like I just hung out with some friends and the workout flies by. I can't recommend them enough!
