Took my car in for electrical issues related to a window that wouldn't roll up. Wasn't able to afford the cost of fully repairing it but these guys were incredible and walked me through my options and ended up doing a repair for me that helped me a lot. Got in quick and the repair was quick also. Super kind staff. Would 100% recommend for anyone in the area looking to get work on their car done!
This was my first time taking my vehicle to Ken’s but I was treated like their best customer! I appreciate getting a ride home and picked up after services and being informed of every aspect of what was needed to be done and the cost. Had a great experience with a routine oil change and tire rotation. They even have free shuttle services which was extremely convenient since my wife can't drive n I had work appointments at home. The shuttle driver chris was amazing and kind just like the rest of the staff (Ryan & matt)
Our Toyota Highlander suddenly blew a gasket and was hemorrhaging oil. A neighbor-friend who's in the automotive repair industry suggested Ken's Auto Service because of their honesty and reasonable prices. I looked them up on web, found their website, and was able to get my vehicle quickly. Ken's uses a text messaging system to forward information, which prevented interruptions at work. They performed a 140-point inspection and gave me a list of critical to non-critical issues that were found. After talking with Matt, we discussed what work needed to be done and what work wasn't timely. There was no pressure, Matt explained everything in detail and gave my wife and I honest feedback. He returned any phone calls promptly and everyone we talked to at Ken's Auto Service was highly professional. Honesty and premium customer service go hand-in-hand and Ken's Auto Service operates with a high focus on professionalism, honest work for honest money. I know they're honest, because they found some issues with the vehicle that was cause from installed parts from another auto service company. Rather than soaking us for more money, Matt suggested that we talk to the other business about it and, if they weren't going to honor their work, then we could discuss it with Ken's Auto. That, to me, is honesty and top-notch customer service. Our vehicle is in amazing shape now and we're thankful for an auto service shop like Ken's and for honest people like Matt. Diagnosed problem I caused quickly and knew the fix. My issue is I wrote that a bolt was missing from the brakes on my drop off slip and prior to moving the car it was either not read or ignored which caused my caliper to puncture the inside of my wheel. Aside from that they fixed the brake issue great and did slightly discount the service after some back and forth. Tech did also say they would have noticed it happen if they did it, making it sound like I caused this. They were also incorrect about time frame for when the car would be done even after I brought a different wheel and tire.
