I am so happy to have found this excellent nail salon. I was referred to Nicki and La Crystal by a family member who drives over an hour to get her nails done here. I have now had my nails done by Nicki at least 6 times and every time they are perfect. Nicki really cares that you are going to be happy when you leave. Her attention to detail is exceptional. I am constantly getting compliments on my nails done by Nicki! Everyone is so friendly the minute you walk into the salon and makes you feel special. I have recommended La Crystal to anyone that’s looking for beautiful nails.
I went in for a gel manicure last month, and it turned out really well. The salon is bright and modern with a nice floral accent wall that gives it a welcoming feel, and everything was spotless from the stations to the tools. The technician was patient, took time to get the shape and color just right, and chatted pleasantly without rushing. Staff at the front were friendly and accommodating when I walked in. It's right in the ByWard Market area on Cumberland Street, so super convenient for downtown errands. Definitely planning to return.
Nicki does the best biogel nails and refills. She is a perfectionist, and takes her time down to the very last detail, leaving my hands and nails so beautiful. Best nail tech ever!!! Highly recommend.
