My wife and I were visiting Edinburgh for our anniversary and we walked by Laings and saw some lovely Rolexes in the window display. Having had my eye on the Explorer 1 for some time, I thought I’d walk in and see if I could try on the two sizes and my luck at nabbing one as a walk in. We were met with Valentina who was nothing short of extraordinary. Her energy was calm and collected and my wife and I loved chatting with her. When it came time to try on the two sizes, she gladly mentioned both were available, and was a massive help in deciding what size to get. She was extremely patient while I deliberated back and forth and emphasised that I should take my time in this decision, since it was in celebration of an important milestone. I am so grateful to have had such a knowledgeable, patient, kind, and gracious person to assist me with my first Rolex purchase. While I live in London, being assisted by Valentina has made Laings my go to spot for my next watch purchase. Thank you!.
Recently collected a Datejust having registered my interest earlier in the year. Valentina was superb from first meeting to collection. I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed - which I have found to not always be the case when Rolex shopping. Overall a great experience and an amazing memory made collecting so close to Christmas. Would highly recommend Laings.
Dropped into Laings today to register my interest for a JC sea dweller Deepsea… I was greeted by Chris who was extremely knowledgeable and attentive…. I have been looking at this watch for my collection for a number of years! When I asked about availability timescales I was astounded to be told that the timepiece was available for purchase! I promptly done the deal and I could not be happier! Best jewellers I have visited! I’ve been a Laings customer for over seven years now (since moving to Edinburgh from London), and the service has been consistently excellent. The team is friendly, never pushy, and always efficient. Over the years, I’ve dealt with several members of staff across both the Jewellery and Watch departments, and every interaction has been genuinely positive—which, in my experience, is quite rare to find so consistently with any company. On my latest visit, I was looked after by Adrian. He was friendly, helpful and patient, and made the whole experience absolutely first-class. Very happy, and I would confidently recommend Laings to anyone looking for watches or jewellery..
