I've been using Lakewood Exterminating since Shawn opened the company and I'm so happy to see it thriving and growing. Kimberlie stopped by today for a rodent situation and was wonderful in every way. I used to work for a service company and we thought our 4.6 star rating was superb. If you see a company with 5 stars with this many reviews, hire that company. Keep killin' it (and pests) Shawn and Co.
We were very pleased with our first visit from Lakewood Exterminating. Shawn was great to work with, and we were impressed with his knowledge and thoughtful suggestions regarding seasonal pest control and mice/attic issues. We feel confident that we have made a very good decision by contacting this company. They are professional, timely, knowledgeable and very fairly priced. We had our second visit today from Lakewood Exterminating and were very pleased with Kimberlie who did an exceptional job of taking down the cobwebs all around the outside of our home!
This is the second service call provided by Shawn since we signed the annual contract in mid-August. Shawn asks questions, listens carefully, is patient enough to answer our numerous questions and is extremely thorough in doing the treatment. In addition to the annual pest control service, we engaged Lakewood Exterminating to do a one time rodent control service back in August and it was handled on the spot promptly. Professional, courteous, competent, excellent value for the service are all terms that can be used to describe the service being provided.
This was our first quarterly treatment with Lakewood Exterminating having just moved to our home late last year. Amber texted ahead of her arrival, and was thorough and professional as she was shown around the property. She even treated our grandson to his choice of a plastic toy bug. (Photo included) Now he can’t stop talking about “Miss Amber.”
Excellent service as always that makes you feel safer and less stressed in your home! I had hired Lakewood Exterminating years ago for help with a mouse, and later for a family of birds that had broken through my attic screen and built a nest. Shawn was easy to schedule with, on time, and knew exactly what to investigate and how to solve the problem. He even installed a metal mesh panel in front of my attic window to prevent birds from entering in the future. And he was thoughtful to spray paint it to match my home, which went above and beyond my expectations. This summer, I didn't think twice about hiring him again after a wasp entered my living room wall through an exterior crack near my window. Again, Shawn knew what to do--and *without* having to cut into my wall and create a costly repair, which was my fear. He also did preventative caulking, and there hasn't been a recurrence. Great service that immediately eliminates the problem--and the stress.
