Best service ever!! Came in with glasses that had suffered a blow, a missing lens, and crooked frame. Leslie managed to resurrect the glasses and leave them in perfect condition! Thank you so much, Leslie! Went above and beyond all expectation!
I have never bought glasses here but ended up needing my glasses fixed real quick. Leslie helped put my lens back in and did an incredible job of cleaning them and adjusting them for me at no charge. She was extremely nice and I would think buying glasses from her would be a wonderful experience. Next time you need glasses, I would look for Leslie. She’s a sweetheart.
Had difficulty with my order of contact lenses and wrote a review. I had a difficult time getting ahold of anyone and my order became delayed due to stock issues however the manager reached out to me same day and it was resolved. And I was given a number to call in case I had the same issues again so I am glad to say my experience improved significantly. The facility is also very pleasant and my exam was very prompt and quick without sacrificing a thorough exam.
I had the best experience at LensCrafters inside Macy’s, Union Square. The entire team went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Two gentlemen assisted me. one of them named Angelo, and the other whose name I unfortunately forgot, but I’ll never forget his kindness and how professional he was (and his well-groomed nails didn’t go unnoticed!). What truly touched me was witnessing a lady on the team speaking calmly and compassionately on the phone to help a client who was struggling mentally. It reminded me that good people still exist. and this store is truly fortunate to have such caring, patient, and professional staff. Thank you so much, LensCrafters Union Square team, for your kindness and exceptional service. You made my visit memorable in the best way possible.
I had an exceptional experience at this LensCrafters location! From start to finish, the team was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. My mom needed new contact lenses, and thanks to the store’s outstanding customer service, we were able to get exactly what she needed at a great value. The staff was knowledgeable and took the time to ensure everything was perfect for her prescription. The entire process was quick, smooth, and straightforward. I highly recommend this LensCrafters location and would definitely come back again.
