We rented some tables and chairs over Christmas. Not only were they extremely affordable, the communication was fabulous! Pick up was so easy and we were ven offered more chairs (at no extra cost) if we needed. I truly appreciate being to extend our rental for an extra day as well (again at no extra cost!) We will definitely be renting from Maira Events and Rentals again. Thank you so much!
Faraz is polite & easy to work with. Furniture is beautiful. We were able to pick up early & got several free rental chairs. The only feedback is to perhaps indicate payment methods & location to pick up a bit more in advance.
We booked with Maira Events to provide a tent for our wedding August 30, 2025. We live 2.5 hours from Winnipeg in the middle of nowhere on an acreage, and they were extremely accommodating. Also provided tables, chairs, lightning, drapery, etc. The tent was beautiful & they made the set up & takedown process very smooth! Communication throughout the planning process was also great! Would highly recommend to anyone interested in a farmyard wedding!
Faraz at Maira Events and rentals was awesome. We rented a 40x20 tent, 10 large banquet tables, 80 chairs, sound equipment, and some other odds and ends. They accommodated all modifications, and did a good job of communicating with us. They set it all up, and tore it down, and made our back yard wedding reception an amazing event.
I rented 20 tables and 100 chairs July 18th-20th 2025. Communication, documentation, pay options and their selection were all perfect. They delivered to Stonewall, MB (rural) with just a google maps link. Booking with them was fast, I got a quote, paid through e-transfer, and even had changes in the total chairs and tables I needed. They were very accommodating to every request. The chairs I booked months ago were in bad condition a week before my event, they contacted me, showed images and offered alternatives for my event. The day before the wedding they emailed me a delivery window so I would know when to expect them. Every driver was kind, professional and easy to work with. I will gladly go with this company every time. I found them through Google Search initially.
