A real institution where authentic Italian meals are celebrated. This venue is always busy & so glad they made a move to a bigger & newer venue a few years back. Our family have been a few times & have always enjoyed our meals. Service is always warm & friendly. Bookings are always recommended but we often could just get a table by walk-ins. Their pasta dishes are rich & very tasty. Pizzas are woodfired & my mother loves their chilli mussels. Parking is reasonably easy to obtain along the Bennett St strips. Payable depends on time of parking.
Wow!!! I’m originally from New Jersey and grew up with lots of great Italian restaurants so my standards are high. Maruzzella not only didn’t meet my expectations but exceeded them! The food was fresh and outstanding! I can’t recommend the mushroom arancini enough. Plus the pork and beef lasagna was delicate, hardy and so delicious! If you are looking for delicious food that is fresh and served with a smile, run - don’t walk - to Maruzzella!
A lovely place for lunch/dinner! Amazing customer service (especially from stefano - who made us feel like family). We had some wine, pasta, pizza and tiramisu. All delish
Lunchtime on a Sunday Hardly any customers Lovely and clean Staff friendly and nice But my prawn and scallop risotto left a lot to be desired it wasn’t very hot, the scallops were nicely done, the prawns were dry and tough and also not hot. My Italian friend who also has the Risotto and she was also unimpressed. My friend’s carbonara was very nice. Maybe caught them on a rest day for the main chef. Considering we were the first ones there a 20 minute wait was long for the risotto and the carbonara took 5 minutes longer to arrive

It’s that glorious time of the month again when the Perth Italian Husbands Club gathers for our noble Tuesday mission: hunting down the most authentic Italian food this side of the equator. This time, we struck gold. Maruzzella’s pizza? Naples-level. No exaggeration. Chef Beppe - straight out of Napoli - has your taste buds doing backflips. Every bite is so light and perfectly balanced you half expect a Vesuvius backdrop to appear behind the oven. And when Beppe isn’t making dough fly, he’s strolling to your table to lecture on the sacred art of pizza like a culinary philosopher. The vibe? Warm and buzzing, with staff who treat you like long-lost cousins from the old country. Our crew might be known for lifting the atmosphere everywhere we go (you’re welcome, Perth), but even without us this place crackles with Italian charm. Final Verdict: Maruzzella officially rockets to the top of our leaderboard with a whopping 4.52 out of 5. Authentic, delicious, and wildly entertaining - this pizza ‘spacca’.
