This place is mostly good but has a lot of problems.the staff are people very young , don't give good service,and don't care about their job,when my child that is 11 years old was just playing there,one of the employees told her that they were gay as a joke.that same day when we left my child found out that her iPad was missing so we came back the next day and her iPad was in the exact same spot,that shows that they do not clean either
Fun place and the kids had a great time. The staff was nice, but it can get a little crowded. Overall, a good experience!
When I see this type of plates —especially in a place where mostly children eat— I don’t go back. Restaurants and take-out places that use this kind of petroleum-based plates, which are not suitable for any kind of food, should be legally required to use cardboard or high-quality containers that can withstand hot meals. Never plastic, never. Never has everything been so expensive and so poor in quality.
I visited Mega Jump in Doral, and it was a disappointing experience. There are many things that need to improve before they can justify the price of admission. One of the most serious issues was a clear safety hazard—an A/C thermostat had fallen out of the wall with exposed wires, as shown in the photo I took. This is completely unacceptable in a place meant for small children and families. The staff is mostly young and seem more interested in being on their phones or video calls than paying attention to what’s going on. The only thing they made an effort to enforce was that people didn’t sit in the massage chairs. Beyond that, there was no supervision or engagement. I feel like I wasted my money coming here, and unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend it until they make serious improvements to both safety and staff supervision.
Great! Took my 6yo, Son, for his friend's bday party. Our 1st time there. He had a wonderful time. He didn't want to leave. We will return. Temperature taken at the door, staff & attendants wore masks, small crowd, individualized attention. 👍 Great.
