I've had the privilege of training at Method Fitness for almost a year and I would highly recommend this gym to anyone, regardless if you're a newbie or a seasoned athlete. Jacob is kind, patient, but will also challenge you to push past your mental limits. When I'm plagued with a chronic injury, Jacob automatically incorporates physio exercises into my routine so I can get back to lifting without pain. The app used for tracking programs is simple and effective. The vibes of this place are immaculate and you can tell this team enjoys their jobs.
Have been going to Method for 3 years, excellent equipment and personal trainers. I mostly train with Jake and Dan. They really know strength training and change up the routine every 6 weeks. They push me to hard and adapt your training for non gym activities. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Love this gym.

Chiming in to shout out Method and my amazing experience with them. I have been working out at Method and their spectacular trainers for over 6 years. Over those years, my goals have changed, and their trainers work with me consistently to help me achieve them and develop a love for lifting weights (who would have thought?) From staying active during pregnancy, getting back in shape after pregnancy, recovering from a motor vehicle accident, putting on muscle, running my first marathon, their knowledge has helped me surpass all of my goals. Prior to Method, I had only ever done group fitness and running. They build plans specific for me, and I get to work out 1:1 with a trainer. They go above and beyond and have even collaborated with Coalition performance care (physio, chiro, massage, etc) and Vital Strength & Physiology coaching to make sure Im staying injury free in my marathon training. They are knowledgeable and have a knack for finding that muscle or weak spot I didn't know existed. I LOVE that the gym that isn't crowded and open only for clients that are there working with a trainer. No waiting for equipment, no awkward feelings about showing up and being judged or not knowing what to do. They met me where I was in my fitness journey and helped me set new goals or helped me set goals when I wasn't sure what they should be. I have so many positive things to say about Method that it couldn't all possibly fit in a google review.
